If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Because our products are personal care items, we can only accept returns that are:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Please include your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of approval or denial

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us at ask@juicesxberries.com and we’ll take care of it.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Gift cards (if applicable)
