If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 30 days and we will help fix it.
Because these are personal care products, we do not accept returns of used items, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it.
Will this cause buildup?
No. Our formulas are made to rinse clean when used as directed.
They are designed to go into your hair, not sit on top of it.
Regular washing will keep your locs clean and light.
Are your products safe for locs?
Yes. All Juices x Berries products are made for locs, twists, and natural hair.
They are designed to moisturize, soften, and reduce buildup without heavy residue.
Can I use this on starter locs?
Yes. Our products are safe for starter locs, mature locs, twists, and freeform styles.
How often should I use the products?
Most people use:
- Conditioning Shampoo: 1 to 2 times per week
- Twist + Loc Smoothie: whenever hair feels dry or needs styling
Listen to your hair. Wash when needed. Moisturize when dry.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Not yet.
We are working on a subscription option so customers can save money and never run out. It will launch later this year.
